About Sarah
I am a friendly, patient and reliable tutor who wants to help children feel more confident with English. I understand that every student learns differently, so I aim to create a comfortable environment where children feel confident asking questions and making mistakes while learning.
I prepare my lessons around each student's individual needs and focus on making English easier to understand and enjoyable to practise. Whether a student needs extra support with reading, spelling, grammar, writing or schoolwork, I will take the time to explain things clearly and work at a pace that suits them.
As I am beginning my tutoring journey, I am enthusiastic about helping younger students develop their English skills and become more confident learners. My lessons are online and are primarily aimed at primary school children.

I offer friendly and supportive online English lessons for primary school children who want to improve their reading, writing, spelling, grammar and overall confidence in English.
I adapt each lesson to the individual child and focus on areas they may be struggling with. I like to keep lessons engaging by using reading activities, simple exercises, questions, examples and short quizzes rather than making children simply memorise information.
A typical lesson lasts around 45–60 minutes. We can work on school topics, homework, reading comprehension, vocabulary, spelling, grammar or general English skills depending on what the student needs.
I am beginning my journey as an English tutor and aim to provide patient, encouraging and affordable support. I understand that children learn at different speeds, so I am happy to explain things more than once and approach difficult topics in different ways.
My lessons are designed mainly for primary school children and are taught online, making them convenient for students to attend from home.
