About Deborah
Hi, I’m Deborah! I am a patient, friendly, and encouraging tutor with a strong professional background in customer success, training, healthcare, and business. Throughout my career, I have worked with people from many different backgrounds and have developed a passion for teaching and helping others feel confident when learning something new.
I have experience creating training materials, leading one-on-one training sessions, explaining complex information in simple terms, and adapting my communication style to different learning needs. I bring that same approach to my English lessons.
I understand that learning or improving your English can sometimes feel intimidating, so I create a comfortable and judgment-free environment where you can ask questions, practice, and learn at your own pace. Whether you want to improve your conversational English, reading, writing, vocabulary, or professional communication, I will work with you toward your individual goals.

My teaching approach is patient, supportive, and personalized to each student’s needs. I believe learning English should feel comfortable and encouraging, not stressful or intimidating. I focus on practical English skills including speaking, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and everyday conversation.
A typical lesson will include a short review, a focused learning activity, conversation practice, and exercises designed around the student’s individual goals. I use real-life examples and explain concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
My lessons are great for beginners and intermediate learners, including children, teens, and adults who want to improve their English for school, work, or everyday communication. Most importantly, I create a judgment-free environment where students can ask questions, make mistakes, practice, and build confidence at their own pace.
