About Alison
Hello, thank you so much for being here. I am Alison and I cannot wait to teach you English.
I am from Manchester in the UK, and have worked as a journalist and writer for over a decade. I am also an experienced teacher and have worked as an ESL teacher in Japan, the UK and Kenya.
I am passionate about the progress of my students and I do everything I can to make sure sessions are fun, useful and beneficial.

All lessons with me are fun, engaging and tailor made. Typically ranging from 40 minutes to an hour, lessons can focus on test preparation, conversation and free speech practice, reading comprehension, essay writing or anything in between.
All age ranges are welcome and I have experience teaching small children to older adults.
