About Alex
I am a native English speaker from the UK, Manchester. Currently living in Bangkok and teaching English as a foreign language. I have completed a TESOL certificate at Chichester College in Bangkok and have been living here for a couple of months.
I have had experience teaching adults in a corporate environment and in evening classes at the College as well as some experience with young children at a Thai school, playing games and teaching English through activities.

I believe that fun is a part of learning and it is important to enjoy your classes!
I teach students between 10 years old to older adults using a combination of learning based activities and conversation.
I believe in making sure the lessons are what you want to learn so will always ask for what area of the English language (vocabulary, grammar, topics, daily conversational skills etc..) you would like to learn.
Depending on who you are, your age and what you would like to learn, lessons will start with a warm up activity/game, review of the last lesson or a catch up chat. The middle of the lesson will consist of a mixture of practices based on the area of language learning, I can also help with an English homework!
