About Yuqi
I am a native Chinese speaker with a strong interest in teaching learners of all ages and levels. I have experience supporting both children and beginners, and I aim to create a relaxed and encouraging learning environment. I am patient, friendly and adaptable, and I adjust my teaching style to suit each learner’s needs. I believe learning Chinese should be practical and enjoyable, helping learners build confidence step by step.

My lessons are designed to be relaxed, engaging and tailored to each student. I focus on helping children and beginners build confidence in speaking Chinese, while also developing reading and writing skills. In the first lessons, I get to know the student’s level and learning style, then adjust my approach to suit them. Each lesson is around 60 minutes and includes a mix of speaking, practice and fun activities to keep learning enjoyable.
