About Melis

Hello! I’m a PhD researcher in Psychology at the University of Greenwich, with a Master’s degree from University College London (UCL) and an A-Level qualification in Mathematics.
I have previous experience teaching at university level and a strong academic background.
I understand that mathematics can sometimes feel overwhelming, particularly when students lose confidence or struggle to understand how to approach a problem.
My aim is to create a relaxed, encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and developing their skills at their own pace.
I offer online lessons to students across the UK and tailor my teaching approach to individual learning needs.

I offer friendly, supportive and personalised online Mathematics lessons for students up to GCSE level. Whether you’re struggling with a particular topic, preparing for your GCSE examinations or simply looking to build your confidence in maths, I’m here to help! My lessons are tailored to each student’s individual needs, learning pace and goals. I focus on breaking down challenging mathematical concepts into clear, manageable steps, helping students develop both their understanding and their confidence. I can help with:
