I am Rich. I have spent the last 15 years building businesses, leading commercial teams, and running marathons across Europe. I am passionate about getting to know people and then helping people grow: whether it's in business, language or mindset. I offer: Practical business coaching for professionals, founders and job-changers Friendly and realistic running support — plans, pacing and motivation Relaxed and real-life French conversation practice for travel or business Sessions are informal, collaborative, and built around what you need. I am an experienced runner but not a PT. I work with you to create a realistic plan for your requirements. Having helped many people in the past, I will dig into your motivations and keep you on a consistent path to success. Lessons are for every age group from beginners upwards. If you are planning your first marathon, I can especially help with this too. I am also a guide runner. Lessons will last one hour and can be a one-off or a series as you prefer.
