My name is John and I am 26 years old, but I don't feel any older than 18! I've developed incredible relationships with all of my students, ranging in age from 8-18 and delivered an exceptional pass rate for 11+ exams, 13+ exams and GCSE (grades 7-9), while having a bit of fun along the way!

I have a structured, but fun, approach to Maths lessons with an open dialogue between myself and the students. I tend to use activity-based learning and use discussion to help my students find the solutions themselves before being told, as I believe this soldifies understanding better than being lectured. All lessons begin with a related & fun 5 minute warm-up to get the juices flowing for the lesson ahead!
