About River
My name is River, I am a freshman attending Adams State University. Although I am not majoring in a math based field, I had taken advanced math courses all throughout middle and high school. I love algebra, geometry and trigonometry, and would love to share my passion with you. I have a deep understanding about the workings of each of these subjects and won't hesitate to help you understand them as well. Our first meeting will be a meet and greet with some small practice problems that way I can get a feel for what I can do to help you understand and succeed in your math career.

I have an online white board that I can share my screen with that way I can walk you through the process of how the problem is solved. I can then give you some easy examples for you to work on while asking for clarification if you need it. If you require help with school work, I can walk you through a couple of problems then allow you to work on your own. And if you just want extra practice, I have a variety of problems for each subject that I can give you to practice. Unlike other tutors, I can give you notes on a variety of ways to solve a problem and can create more challenging problems to help further your understanding and math skills. My lessons are mainly focused for middle and high schoolers, however, I may be able to help some college students, only if you are taking any of the courses that I have listed to teach.
