About Iris
Hi! My name is Iris and I am a fourth year French studies major that is about to begin their Bachelor of Education next school year. I have been speaking french for quite a long time and I even studied and lived in Paris, France for a while. I am here to help you with anything you might need regarding to french studies and I hope to help you accomplish your goals and improve your skills.

I am willing to write lesson plans based on whatever skills/goals the student wants to accomplish:
-grammar and vocabulary lessons
- writing an essay in french
- working on speech accent, fluidity and intonation
I am a university student that has been learning French for more than a decade so I am comfortable working with any age group or level.
The lesson can start with homework help if needed, and then there are practice exercises we will work through based on the topic that proves difficult for the student. I like to engage in practice conversations with students so that they become more comfortable with speaking in French. I believe in always giving out homework at the end of class in the form of practice or a chapter to read out of a book that will be discussed in the following session.
