About Lala
Hello! My name is Lala and I am a French tutor with recent qualifications in French GCSE (grade 9) and A level (A*). If you are struggling with aspects of your language learning, or you want to be stretched even further than the restraints of your course, I would love to help tailor your learning so that you can achieve your goals. I understand that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to language learning, and therefore I aim to provide a personalised approach through focused sessions that are underpinned by patience.

My lessons are for those working towards French GCSE who require extra personal support in any aspect of the course, or for beginner French learners looking to develop their language learning. Or perhaps those looking to be challenged beyond the limits of their course.
I am a native English speaker, recently graduating from university, and have prior qualifications in French GCSE (grade 9) and A level (A*) from recent syllabi. I am therefore up-to-date with the requirements of current language syllabi in schools.
My tutoring is tailored to the individual, simplifying the concepts they find more overwhelming, with a gentle and patient approach. I understand the inaccessibility of language learning and aim to find nurtured solutions that help students progress past difficult blocks. Alternatively, if the student considers themself proficient and requires a more challenging approach, I am prepared to provide an approach that increases the difficulty and maximises their potential.
Lessons range from 30-60 mins.
