About Geoffrey - Caen Sport Coaching
I have been teaching for 2 years, and I had the chance to teach more than 80 persons within the club and outside as well. My fitness / weight training students systematically achieve their goals and see a marked improvement in their condition and health. I supervised the physical preparation of a cadet team at the Rugby Stadium in Caen. My pupils in performance, include improvements on their projects and competitions (physical tests of entry in the army and police). I also intervene on the young public in the postural perspective.

My name is Geoffrey, I have a state grade diploma (BPJEPS AGFF) (gymnastic activities of strength and wellness). I've been teaching for any objectives. I create programs and follow-ups, as well as food advice. I taught and trained in the weightlifting club CCHM (Caen Calvados Haltérophilie et Musculation). The club welcomes all kinds of persons and I took care of them (young people, seniors, people with reduced mobility or suffering from pathologies). I can adapt myself to all sports and I have personally exercised in : Judo, tennis, weightlifting, swimming, climbing, athletic strength, CrossFit. I coach from standard fitness, to muscle strengthening and postural reinforcement, Pilates, soft gym, cross-training, bodybuilding; For weight loss, muscle gain, performance, bodybuilding, and most importantly, for health. Whatever your level, your goals, and your state of health are, I make sure you go the right direction !

Un long chemin de parcouru, je n'y croyais pas et pourtant... Si c'était à refaire, je le referais ! Un coach et une personne au top !
Je suis encadrée par Geoffrey depuis janvier 2018 suite à une perte de poids d'après grossesse. Je ne m'attendais pas à être autant suivie et surtout, avoir quelqu'un d'accessible, sympathique et qui sait de quoi il parle. Les résultats parlent d'eux même, je recommande !!
