About Ariane
I work as an environmental policy advisor and am simultaneously studying at LSE, yet use my bilingualism in English and French in neither although I like to help others with their language skills. I have been doing it casually for about 7 years now and would love to help you too!

French native teaches french speaking, reading and listening at all levels. Personalised lessons to match your own interests in a relaxed and kind environment
Lessons are usually split in the following way, although I’m happy to match your needs
1. Welcomes, summary of the week etc.. It can be totally fictitious if you do not wish to tell me about your personal life, but the goal here is to practice small talk.
2. Bulk of the lesson. For this, I do not use usual “academic” material but rather internet content based on your interest/goal. If you are wanting to work in environmental science for instance we might read an article on climate change!
3. Practice advice for next time
4. Goodbyes and future plans. Again it can be totally fictitious but another opportunity to practice small talk but this time using the future tense.
If you are a total beginner do not fret! I am bilingual so we can start in English with a few words in french every few minutes to get you used to the language. If you are at a higher level I usually speak solely french as it’s good practice.
