About Cécile
I am a native French speaker, a qualified teacher with a PGCE and QTS, and I have been teaching French in secondary schools across England since 2018. I have worked with students from Year 7 to Year 13 across a range of exam boards, including Cambridge IGCSE, Edexcel IGCSE, AQA A-Level and Edexcel A-Level. I have also supported pupils preparing for the DELF B1 Junior qualification, helping them develop confidence in all four language skills.
I am passionate about helping students realise their potential. Over the years, I have supported students in achieving excellent results, including Grade 9 at IGCSE and A* at A-Level, with some going on to study languages at university.

My lessons are structured, engaging and designed to build confidence. Depending on your goals, lessons can include:

Whether you’re preparing for GCSEs, IGCSEs, A-Levels, DELF examinations, or simply want to improve your French, I would be delighted to help you achieve your goals and develop confidence in the language.
Lessons are available online or in person (depending on location) and typically last between 45 minutes and one hour.
