About Angela

My name is Angela, I am entering the fourth year of a bachelor's of medical sciences at Western University! I have been tutoring for over 6 years and have met and helped a wide range of students from grade 3 all the way to the first year of university. I'd be happy to help wherever and however you need! I have been told that I am a fun but detailed teacher. I love kids and have a passion for teaching. In the past, I have tutored students from grades 3-11 and would say I have a lot of experience with students of different ages and who have different learning styles. I am willing to change my teaching methods to cater to the student's needs.

About the lesson

I'm Angela, a fourth year university student as Western! I have over 6 years of teaching experience, many of which I taught English to an ESL student. I have been told that I am a fun and caring teacher. I am good with younger kids and have a passion for teaching. As I am a student myself, I know that different students learn differently and I am willing to cater to each student's needs. I have had experience teaching students from grades 3-12. I don't have a set lesson plan that I follow for every student since different students have different learning styles. However, I am a very caring teacher and I make sure that my students always understand in the way that they learn best. A typical lesson plan would involve a short grammar or vocab lesson to start, practice questions, and reading comprehension at the end. If the student has any questions or homework from school, we will work on that as well. I am willing to teach students from elementary school to grade 12.
