About Shani
I am a fourth-year medical student studying at the University of Otago but went to high school in Auckland. Ensuring that students are comfortable and content in my lessons is very important as this is the best environment to learn. Learning can be difficult and I understand this, and will cater challenges to suit your needs and give you as much support as you need to achieve your goals.

My techniques and methodology of tutoring are catered specifically to the individual and how they learn best. I methodically work through the learning aims and ensure that there is a good understanding of each aim before continually adding knowledge. My prior experience includes grade-schoolers and high-schoolers however I have also helped out First-Year university students with their studies. Lessons can vary from an hour to longer depending on the ability to concentrate and I like to ensure understanding through lots of practice questions to lay foundations prior to assessments.
