About Jamie
I have had many English classes and love to write. It's one of my passions and I enjoy teaching it. It is something that I am more than comfortable with teaching and I will answer honestly if I do not know something rather than making something up. My typical approach to tutoring is to see what you already know and where you are! Going based off of what you already know and going back to the basics every now and then help to learn and grow. So taking one step back for five seconds and two or three steps forward. I would love to teach middle or high schoolers struggling with any kind of writing for any class. I will take what you are learning in class and apply it to something a little more simple to grab on to. That makes it a little bit easier for learning the material. I go as slow as you need and am more than happy to go over anything multiple times if need be.
