About Shyrie
I'm a fourth-year dental student who loves tutoring and has had lots of previous experience with either tutoring myself or being tutored. This means I understand what works for students and what doesn't, and can empathise when concepts are tricky and hard to grasp. I have a calm, patient approach to tutoring and love the idea of sharing my knowledge to be able to help others achieve to the best of their ability!

Having previously studied biology, chemistry and maths up to A-level, I feel I greatly understand these subjects and would love to tutor students up to GCSE level! I also have a good understanding of the UCAT entrance exam and can tutor for this as well. I love teaching and have a caring approach as I know first-hand how frustrating and tricky these subjects can be to grasp. I will use various methods (like games, drawings, diagrams, questions and answers etc.) to help students understand. I will adapt each lesson to the students, and use the methods they most enjoy to ensure each session is a fun and rewarding experience.
