About Rachel
I am from Northwest, South Africa, but I am currently studying Bachelor of Education with the University of Johannesburg. In my career as a teacher, I aim to touch and improve the lives of my students. Along the way, in my four years of studying Teaching, I have realized that teaching is not only about attending classes and teaching content. It is about being a friend, parent, psychologist, nurse and many more in the lives of those I teach.

I am proudly an English teacher. My aim in teaching English as a school subject is to facilitate human transformation, requiring my students and I to approach education as a developmental tool that considers humans as holistic beings with a body, mind, and soul. I use a direct teaching method, whereby my students would be able to grasp and interact with the content I deliver more.
