About Pamela
I am mastered prepared in nursing administration/education. I was blessed with wonderful opportunities for growth with experience in floor nursing, Post-anesthesia Care Unit, Critical care, Oncology and out-patient surgery. While my passion is bedside nursing, I had advancement in jobs from assistant nurse manager to administration. I took great joy as a nurse educator, including adjunct faculty at the University of Arizona. Patient education ranging from individual teaching to chairing wellness and coping groups. No matter what my position, I always had the welfare of nurses and patients in the forefront

I am a former RN, now retired, with over 40 years of experience ranging general nursing, PACU, Critical care and clinics. In addition I have mentored new nurses in all areas. I have years of experience as a nurse and patient education. I tailor my lesson plans based on an assessment of individual strengths and challenges. I am passionate about nursing.
