About Amber
I have already done a lot of tutoring during my time at the VWO and have always received positive reactions to this. I can explain the subject matter in different ways at the 'language level' of the student, making it easier to understand. Are you ready to go for it? I'm 23 years old and have always loved tutoring. I still regularly help people with math or chemistry, as I really like these subjects. I notice that I'm good at explaining the matter in different ways so that there's an understandable explanation for everyone. I am pretty informal since I am still fairly young, so I can really understand if you're not coming to me just for fun ;). This is why I try not to make it a 'dull and monotonous' lesson as a lot of teachers in high school do. I used to find this extremely annoying because there was a real noticeable generation gap between teachers and students. In my opinion, they just stuck to one way of explaining things, which led to a lot of confusion and helplessness for students that just did not understand their way of explaining the matter. I will discuss your preferred structure of the lesson first, and see what we can work on!
