About the lesson

Hi, I’m Zarifa and I promise to provide an enriching and engaging tutoring experience for you or your kids! I am especially good at teaching Math and Sciences, and I am able to break down tricky concepts into simple steps that are easy to understand. My lessons have a structured format that makes it possible to tackle the problem areas in learning. I usually start by explaining new concepts, then tackling challenging questions from school or provided by me so that students can get practice in all sorts of questions that may be on tests. I also give homework if possible and a small review of the lesson at the end. Contact me for more information!

She went to my school, and that's how I found her. She was willing to bus pretty far to get to me and was really patient and kind. She always made sure I fully understood the work before we moved on and had very good ways of explaining the work in a way that I could understand. Truly recommend this kind tutor’s help!
