About Chris
I am a current student in the Masters of Data Science program at UBCO. Before that, I was in my third year of a PhD in pure mathematics (algebraic geometry), and before that I did my Masters of Mathematics at the University of Waterloo. I have years of TA experience as well as over a decade of tutoring.

My teaching methods are largely socratic. When a student is strugging with a problem, I try to introduce related problems that are easier and build to the problem in question. Through this method students are able to learn how to solve difficult problems from their undergraduate mathematics courses.
