About Talin

I have been an athlete my whole life and now am working out for my own fitness goals. I’ve been lifting for over 10 years, played lacrosse for 12 years as a defender, and played football for 10 years (all positions). I would love to help others do the same and become the best physical self they can be!

About the lesson

I can create custom lifting programs and provide videos of myself or others online as to how to perform each workout properly no matter your fitness or sports goals.

I have been making my own workouts for years alongside the high-school and collegiate programs.
