About Emily
I am a former high school social studies teacher with a Masters in Teaching, Learning and Curriculum and a Bachelors in History. I am well-versed in the current needs of students in today’s education system. I have years of experience bringing social studies to life for my students.
I am lively and relatable and enjoy helping students unearth an appreciation for history and social studies.

My teaching style is relatable and interactive with an emphasis on real-life scenarios and fostering critical thinking skills.
I focus on teaching students to engage with primary and secondary sources and to form unique and knowledgeable opinions on historical themes
