About James
Hi! I have been involved in rowing for most of my life. As a junior, I won many national championships, rowed for Scotland, competed at HRR, and set records on the erg. I now coach Dundee University rowing club and I am passionate about helping aspiring athletes achieve everything they can out of the sport. With a medical background and sporting knowledge, I am in a perfect position to give evidence based, grounded advice and support.

Collaborating with your goals and needs we can form a plan based around you. Using webcam sessions for goal setting, technique breakdowns, and future planning/tracking I offer a service to improve rowing as well as strength and fitness. Included in the initial meeting: Goal setting 4 week personalised training plan initial technical assessment
