I have been tutoring for just under 1 year. I usually teach my students individually as my current clients are of a range of ages. My students have improved dramatically since I began tutoring them. I have also seen my students increase in confidence which is wonderful.

My teaching method is quite relaxed and reward based. I like to ask my students what they like and endeavour to input that into my lessons as much as possible. I ask my students what subjects they struggle with and see what they feel would help them, then I do just that.
