About Maral
I have experience tutoring English and Math to children ages 4 to 12, helping them build confidence, develop self-learning skills, and have fun while learning. I’ve also worked as a camp counselor and kids’ club supervisor, so I know how to keep lessons interactive and engaging. I hold a Bachelor of Science from McGill University and have First Aid Certification, so I create a safe, encouraging learning environment. I speak English, French, Spanish, and Farsi, which helps me connect with students from different backgrounds. In my lessons, we’ll focus on speaking, listening, and building confidence step by step. I will use real-life examples, and positive feedback to make learning fun and motivating.

I believe students learn best when they are engaged and having fun, so I use a mix of games, visual aids, storytelling, and repetition to make lessons memorable. I encourage active participation, praise small successes, and adapt the pace to each learner’s needs.
