About Paul

I am a chef by trade, a teacher / trainer and have taught students in all sectors of Education and Private Training for over 30 years becoming an expert in my subject and competence. My students have achieved the highest qualifications available and are now employed in a range of Catering and Hospitality Sectors in the UK and abroad

About the lesson

My aim is to deliver teaching and training to meet the needs of the student trainee and I am competent to be able to apply myself to meet those requirements in whatever circumstance my students find themseves.
It is crucial to be able to understand the subject fully to be able to suggest competence and I have the skills and knowledge required to give sound training to all who use my service.
