My name is Piyush Raj, and I’m a new personal trainer who believes in progress, not perfection. I started just like anyone else—wanting to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. We’ll focus on basic workouts, improving form, and building a routine that actually feels good. It’s about progress, not perfection. I may not have years of training experience, but what I do bring is energy, accountability, and a real commitment to making fitness less intimidating. This class is for everyday people who want to get moving, feel stronger, and stay motivated together.
