About Anastasia
I am an aspiring biologist starting my first year of Biology at the University of Southampton.Biology is evident all around us, whether it be through the human body, the climate or animals and so I believe that young adults should have knowledge of these crucial topics. I aspire to become a teacher and so through tutoring I believe I can build my confidence and achieve my dream, as well as help you study for any important exams or general interest into the subject. I will support you through your studies by giving you tailored teaching, but as well will be here for you as a support system when things get hard.

I tailor my methodology to what works best for my student - whether it's visual/audial teaching, guided, independent etc. working with mind maps. As well as teaching content, I use practice questions to solidify knowledge and build the confidence of my student. Typical length of a lesson would be 1 hour - 2 hour, however, it would be followed with some independent learning (e.g practice questions to try, activities ). My lessons would be for anyone working at KS3 or GCSE level.
