About Aaliya
I am Aaliya, a second-year student at UCL studying Physics. I am from Singapore and have moved to London for university. I did the IB in my final two years of school but am comfortable with the A-level syllabus as well. I love teaching and explaining concepts to people and have often helped my peers in academic contexts. I would love to have the privilege of helping students achieve their full potential by providing extra support to them in Maths and Physics!

As someone who has just recently graduated from school and is currently in university, I have the knowledge of what helps and has helped me best in the past to achieve the results I wanted. I have been through 1 tutoring myself and have learnt how to effectively conduct lessons to allow the student to get the most out of the lesson. I will tailor my lesson based on the needs of the student. For example, if they require help on specific areas of the topic, if they require more time practising questions, or if they just need a broad overview of the topic with focuses on certain aspects. My lessons will be an hour-long and would like to teach students in GCSE or A-level.
