About Jessie
I graduated with a BSc in Biology in the first division. Throughout my degree I was often asked by my fellow students for help learning basic biology concepts. While I am confident in the basics of cell biology and cellular processes (e.g. cellular respiration, photosynthesis), I am especially skilled with ecology, genetics, and marine biology.

My teaching methods would be described as interactive and supportive. I enjoy answering questions and ensuring that students learn from the ground up. I am confident yet approachable, and teach in a way that is never condescending. I would be best suited to teaching high school level and first year biology in a one-on-one setting.
