About Michael

I recently completed my master's degree in Mathematics of the University of Oxford. I achieved a first class, and wrote the best dissertation in my college for maths. At school, I achieved A*s in A Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics, and an A* in GCSE Mathematics one year early. I have had the pleasure of tutoring a range of students both face-to-face and online during my undergraduate career, I am delighted to offer online tuition to help students who have missed out on education during the pandemic.

About the lesson

I carry out every tutorial with enthusiasm and meticulousness. Before each lesson, I take some time to consider every topic I want to cover, based on the student's desires and any areas that need improving. I then plan out discussions of the topics, and construct example questions to test that the student has deeply understood the material.

As a tutee, you will learn the tips, tricks and shortcuts I used throughout my GCSEs, A Levels and beyond to help me excel in my subject. I will make sure that you gain a deep understanding of the mathematical concepts you require to get through your qualification with confidence!
