About Megha
Hi, I’m Megha, a former practicing architect who found herself overwhelmed by the constant rush of modern life. Like many, I struggled with work-life imbalance, mental exhaustion, and growing impatience. My demanding lifestyle also began to take a toll on my health, leading to issues like poor digestion. In search of relief, I turned to Vipassana and yoga, which became my path to transformation. Gradually, yoga helped me find balance, mental clarity, and improved health.
This personal journey inspired me to dive deeper into yoga and share this life-changing practice with others. I understand the pressures of modern life, and I design my classes to help you manage stress, improve well-being, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re looking to reduce anxiety, improve flexibility, or simply take a break from the daily grind, I’m here to guide you on your journey toward a healthier, more centered life.
