About Chandra
I first started giving specialized tutoring sessions 5 years ago. I have taught close to 30 students, all of whom have increased one grade boundary. As someone who initially did not appreciate math, I realized why I didn't and turned it around and hope to do the same with my future students. An ex-finance graduate and currently an audit associate at one of the Big 4 accounting firms, I have the utmost patience in working with students of all ability levels.

I am competent in giving lessons to GCSE Math and Further Math students. A product of the Integrated Programme in Singapore (which is known for its stellar education system), Mathematics and logically breaking down a problem to the thinking methodology behind it is something I specialize in.
Between the advent of technology and the countless advertisements/games assailing us, it has become so easy to develop a shorter attention span - as such, attention to detail is something that a lot of youth lack, and I am confident I can positively benefit my students with regards to that. I also focus on bringing their attention to the mindset behind approaching an exam/topic, and how this can affect not just their performance in Math, but also in other subjects and even other areas of life.
