About Danny
If you had told me I would be pursuing a STEM degree at aged 16 I would never have believed you as it has never come easy to me. However, with lots of help from teachers and tutors, I began to really enjoy science and finally understand what all the fuss was about! Now I want to help others as I was, so they can really do the best they can, alongside (hopefully) finding a passion for the subject.

I am a very flexible tutor and will tailor each lesson to the student's needs. I can teach chemistry, biology, physics and maths at GCSE and below. My lessons can be any length but typically range from 30 minutes to an hour (but I can do longer). I teach foundation or higher level and at any age. In the first lesson I will target the student's weaker areas with a traffic-light system (red for difficult etc.) I then tend to go over concepts with students, and then do a mix of exam-based and textbook questions. I also do reviews of previous content at the start of each lesson. Qualifications: I have GCSE Higher Chemistry, Physics, Maths and Biology at grades 8-9. I also have Chemistry and Maths A level at grade A and I am studying BSc Biomedical Science at University - currently on a first-class degree. I also have been tutoring since January 2024. I am always happy to help with any questions asked!
