About Tom
I am a final-year student in French and linguistics, on track for 1st class honours. I started learning French at secondary school, achieving an A* in my GCSE, A-level, and at university received a prize for outstanding achievement in French. I'm passionate about languages and fascinated by how the human brain treats language, and after graduation I intend to train as a speech and language therapist. I firmly believe that anyone and everyone can excel in languages, with the right support!

I love languages, and I think anyone can master them with the right support! Whether you're a beginner, or if you need particular support with your learning, I'm here for us to work together for you to achieve your linguistic goals. The first lesson is used to gather what your current level is, what you need from a tutor, and what your aims are. I believe the best approach to learning is one of collaboration, so once we understand where you are and where you want to go with your language learning, I will develop a personalised learning plan for you which we'll implement in lessons of 40 - 60 mins, guided by your goals and your progress.
