About Anna
I am a First class final year Civil engineering student at the University of Manchester. Previously I completed the International Baccalaureate programme in Prague. During high school I tutored younger students one-on-one in mathematics and languages. At university level I have tutored a 1st year economics student as well as a 1st year mathematics student, both being in person.

I like to spend a little time explaining the material / clearing up any confusion the student might have regarding the subject. However, my lessons are centred around doing practical examples as I believe there is no better way to understand mathematics and physics concepts than through application.

My first time ever leaving a review on this site, but I really had to! I met Anna through university, and she was always patient with me (I’m a bit slow when it comes do academics haha!) as well as always willing to give a helping hand. She always made sure I understood things and not just memorised, and when I had trouble grasping complex and intricate topics, she always managed to find a way to explain it by thinking outside the box. Thanks again Anna, 10/10 would recommend, a true Superprof :)!!
