As for me , I always explain theoroms using examples and teaches shortcut methods to reach the solution. As WINSTON CHURCHILL said " a good teacher teaches but a great teacher motivates" , so I always focus on motivating my students so they are able to focus and achieve not only on academics but let's them win in their life too
