About Majd
I am a fifth year dental student on track to graduate with honours at the University of Glasgow, with a passion for learning through understanding, and helping others to do so.
I achieved A1’s in maths at national 5, higher, and advanced higher levels as well achieving an A1 in advanced higher maths of mechanics, and have experience tutoring younger siblings and friends in these subjects.
My teaching style suits those who wish to understand the fundamentals of maths, and how to apply these to more advanced concept to achieve a solid understanding, then learning how to apply these to questions in context and how these relate to the world around us.
Maths can be very fun and rewarding when you understand what to do, and I would be privileged to help you achieve this, as well as helping to get a good grade in your exams.

I offer a tailored, one to one approach to tutoring, with a focus on teaching in depth understanding of key concepts for long term retention and application of knowledge. Classes involve direct teaching, as well as practice using past paper question banks for focused exam preparation.
