About Violeta
I am a health and wellbeing specialist with six years of clinical experience helping people move and feel better. My approach is holistic, combining manual therapy with my background as a degree-qualified nutritionist and personal trainer to cover every aspect of physical health.
In my clinical practice, I specialise in deep tissue, sports massage, cupping. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method; I use my expertise to tailor every session to what your body actually needs.
Whether you are here for recovery, nutritional advice, or fitness training, my goal is to help you build a stronger, healthier foundation.

Training shouldn't be a guessing game. My approach is about getting you results by looking at the whole picture: how you move, how you eat, and how you recover.
I focus on helping you hit your goals through three main areas:
Weight Loss: we’ll cut through the fad diets and focus on sustainable habits that actually fit into your daily life.
Strength: building a body that is strong and functional, with a heavy focus on correct form to keep you injury-free.
Flexibility: I use my background as a therapist to help you get rid of stiffness and improve your range of motion.
Because I am a qualified nutritionist, our work doesn't stop at the gym floor. You get professional dietary support to make sure your food is working for your goals. Whether you’re looking to lose weight or just feel stronger in your own skin, we’ll build a plan that is realistic and sustainable.
