About Lara
My name is Lara Sebesteny. I am a final year medical student at Stellenbosch University. I have a background of basic chemical engineering teaching, but decided to switch to Medicine, which is my passion. I would like to become a tutor because I feel that sometimes the school syllabus does not do enough to prepare scholars for the great jump in content difficulty and increase in volume when they enter the tertiary education environment, causing unnecessary anxiety and stress about leaving school and not knowing where your true aptitudes lie and in which fields one could possibly excel.
