About Lukas

I have experience as a teaching intern for the GCSE and ESOL level students at Aspire Igen Leeds and numerous times I helped peers and people around me to grasp and understand the economic, financial and business concepts.

The Level 3 Award in Education and Training enables me to provide inclusive teaching lessons which respect diversity & promote equality, follow best teaching practices and mainly meet the student's needs.

Furthermore, I have been a Peer-Assisted-Learning leader at the University of Bradford. Here I helped the first-year students to transition to the university level education and succeed in exams by understanding various economic and financial concepts.

Lastly, I am a current MSc Applied Economics student at the University of Bath. Previously, I have studied financial economics at the University of Bradford (First Class) and spent a year at the world-class university in Aarhus, Denmark. However, I am also very active self-learner and I am passionate about connecting various subjects to better understand the reality around us.

About the lesson

Hi, I am Lukas and my teaching philosophy is that anything invented by a human can be understood by a human. This means that I like to intuitively explain even the most complex concepts and in addition, to link them to real life. This way my students achieve a logical understanding which remains forever.

My focus is to keep the lesson engaging, fun and motivating. I do this by understanding what kind of person you are and what your objectives are. I like to use various resources to illustrate different points.

The process I use is DIAGNOSE -> ADAPT & LEARN -> PRACTICE

Above all, I provide constructive feedback to build upon next time.
