About Teresa
I've been practicing yoga for 10+ years when I had decided to take an 20-day YTT intensive. It was a lot of information to download in such a short period of time. I did a second self-study training which allowed me to truly absorb the material and integrate it deep within me. In this integration a deep sense of spirituality arose.
To find stillness means to understand the deeper nature of one's own being, beyond the physical self and into the subtle layers. Practicing stillness since 2015.
