About Me: Engineer, Mentor, and Academic Guide
Hello! My name is Shivam. I am a B.Tech graduate in Mathematics and Computing from a Tier-1 institution, currently based in Delhi. Having always been deeply passionate about academics, I am currently preparing for higher-level competitive examinations, which keeps my own problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and conceptual knowledge incredibly sharp and up-to-date.

For me, teaching is not just a part-time job or a way to earn pocket money; it is a genuine passion. I believe that every student has immense potential—they often just need the right perspective to unlock it. Because I went through the rigorous Indian schooling and engineering entrance ecosystem not too long ago, I completely understand the academic pressure, distractions, and conceptual hurdles that students face today. I don't just act as a conventional tutor; I step in as an elder brother and a mentor who can guide them through it.

About the lesson

My teaching philosophy is simple: If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough. Coming from a Tier-1 engineering background, I don't believe in making students memorize formulas or paragraphs. Instead, my methods rely on:
The First-Principles Approach: We break down complex Physics and Math topics into their absolute basics before moving to advanced problem-solving.

Visual & Real-World Analogies: I relate abstract concepts to everyday examples so students can visualize what they are learning.

Active Recall & Interleaved Practice: Instead of just lecturing, I ask strategic questions throughout the session to ensure the student is actively engaged and processing the information.
