About Akhilesh

I have completed my Bachelor in science and mechanical engineering as well as Diploma in management. Worked in automobile industry from 2008 to 2012 and teaching students from 2012 to till now. During this tenure many of my students cracked JEE as well as scred above 90% in board exams.

Teaching is my passion and that is why I choose teaching as my full time profession. Analysis of student problems and explaining them in easy way makes me happy...

About the lesson

First step of guiding any student is the identification of his weakness.
Second step is to improve them by clarity of concepts.
Third step is to provide proper and adequate material to practice the concept.
Forth is the assessment by a test of that particular topic
Fifth is revision schedule of topic and monitoring.

Although strategy is different for students as every child have problem in specific area and identifying that correctly can be done by a goof teacher only. The difference will becomes visible in 5 seasons only with me.
