About Victor

Maths doesn’t have to feel intimidating, confusing, or out of reach and that belief sits at the centre of my teaching.

I’m a patient, structured, and results-driven maths tutor who works with students of all levels, from elementary school learners building foundational skills to college students navigating algebra, statistics, and higher-level maths.
My goal is simple: help students understand maths, not just memorise steps.

Over time, I’ve worked with students who felt “bad at maths,” anxious about exams, or stuck because one missing concept snowballed into bigger confusion. What I’ve learned is that most maths struggles aren’t about intelligence — they’re about how the material was introduced. Once the logic clicks, confidence follows.

As a teacher, I’m calm, encouraging, and methodical. I break complex ideas into clear, manageable steps, meet students exactly where they are, and help them rebuild confidence alongside skill. About the lesson

My lessons are structured, personalised, and focused on real understanding, not shortcuts that fall apart later.

Every session begins by identifying where the difficulty actually starts. Many students struggle because of small gaps in foundational knowledge, so I take time to reinforce core concepts before moving forward. From there, lessons are paced to match the student’s learning style and academic goals.

WHAT I TEACH :

• Elementary & middle school maths (basic operations, fractions, decimals, word problems)
