About Amol
I am Dr. Amol Parab from Mumbai,India. I did PhD in Mathematics Education from University of Mumbai. My teaching philosophy involves universalisation of mathematics and pedagogy for schools in India that cater to the socially disadvantage sections. I have more than 9 years experience in the field of teaching , training and pedagogy of mathematics (Primary and Secondary) with working experience in E-Learning. Recently I got the training of STEM (Science, Technology, engineering & Mathematics) from MASHAV, Israel.

I follow the constructivist approach of learning in my training's and teaching where I encourage learners to think and problem solve in a creative and original manner. To achieve these goal I use universal active mathematics approach which stresses on questioning for problem solving and I also encourage a use of manipulative wherever require. I also have experience in setting up of mathematics lab in schools and college of educations. I have also trained educators in setting up of mathematics lab for elementary & secondary grade by using STEAM approach.
