About Avani

My lessons in Math highlight the power of data and how it shapes our understanding of the world. I make sure that every concept, from graphing basics to advanced analysis, feels approachable and achievable.

About the lesson

I am a Math tutor with over 3 years of experience and a BSc in Mathematics and Data Science. My passion lies in making mathematics approachable and deeply relevant to real-world applications. I often use stochastic processes and Markov chains as powerful tools to explain probabilistic modeling in both finance and biology.

I show students how random walks and transition probabilities bring theory to life. I believe that complex ideas become easier when broken down with clarity and practical examples. My lessons are interactive, filled with visualization and step-by-step problem-solving.

I enjoy guiding students to see the elegance behind uncertainty and the patterns hidden in probability. Probabilistic concepts like Markov models, though abstract, become exciting when linked to real-world scenarios. Many of my students appreciate how I demystify these concepts, turning them into useful skills for quantitative analysis.
